D、Fuel oil saving renovation of the burner. Usually the oil burner supplied by the boiler equipment manufacturer avails big consumption of oil and difficulty in firing and other issues in the actual operation, the oil burner and igniter design can be optimized according to the actual situations of coal of the customer, so that fuel oil consumption will be greatly decreased through the renovation.



E、Turbine valve sequence energy-saving optimization. Normally the steam turbine factory designs valve open sequence and steam distribution curve in accordance with unit operating at load of 90% -100%, but due to coal quality, power demand from the state grid and other factors, the unit actually runs not within the design loading range in a long term, which increases the turbine valve throttling losses and affects the energy-consuming level. Provided that the safety is ensured, the steam valve sequence and steam distributing curve can be optimized in accordance with the customer's actual operation to reduce throttling losses and improve the economic operation level of the turbine.

F、Economic operation and energy-saving optimization. Typically the major equipment manufacturer and the Design Institute install many drain valves in the design of thermal system, as the valve quality issues and the actual system operating conditions changing, steam-water system leaks internally on site, and increase energy consumption loss to a great extent. The steam-water system, in the precondition of meeting the safe and reliable operation of the unit, can be integrated and optimized through site investigation, so the unnecessary loss of steam water is greatly decreased and energy-saving level is improved.

G、Medium-speed coal mill energy-saving and optimizing renovation. Because of coal quality, the medium-speed coal mill consumes a big amount of primary air, the stone coal discharge is much higher than the design values, which leads to the serious environmental pollution and high coal mill energy consumption. The coa! mill and the stone coal discharge delivery system can be reformed by combining the actual site situation of the customer, which will greatly decrease energy consumption.

H、ESP high-frequency power energy-saving renovation. Usually the ESP configured transformer and current regulation mode will consume large electric energy, optimized transformation can be made to ESP power-supply system through using high-frequency power supply and optimizing the adjustment mode, thus the precipitation efficiency of ESP system will be increased while energy consumption be decreased.
